Engagement Systems Sales Associate
Engagement Systems, is an automated marketing campaign system that integrates with a client’s CRM system to drive the execution and tracking of automated, 1:1 marketing communications, to one person at a time via direct mail, email, telephone and the web. We help clients shorten their sales cycle, incrementally grow sales, improve profitability and increase the value realized from their CRM and Marketing investments. At this time, there is no specific direct competitive product that does everything our solution offers.
We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team and play a crucial role in helping to grow the business.

The Sales Associate’s role is to:
- Follow up on all on-line and off-line leads (prospects that have raised their hand) to qualify them for referral to Sales.
- Schedule/up-sell qualified leads for on-line demonstrations with Sales.
- Support sales activities and assist in coordinating all functions to get the client up and running on Engagement Systems.
- Become proficient in Salesforce CRM and perform contact management maintenance in the system.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the client’s CRM-Engagement Systems Administrator/Help Desk and act as a backup contact to Sales with the client’s Marketing Department.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Previous inside sales or lead qualification experience with software or professional services, preferably in a technical environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Logical thinker. Demonstrated effectiveness working with details.
- Comfortable working with technical issues. Experience with help desk support a big plus.
- Proficiency with MS Word & Excel; comfortable learning new computer applications.
- Understanding of direct response marketing concepts desired.
Base Salary Plus Commissions. This is not a Customer Service position – please do not apply if you do not meet the qualifications.
